Action for Children
Action for Children supports and speaks for the UK's most vulnerable and neglected children and young people. Action for Children is a UK children’s charity committed to helping vulnerable and neglected children and young people, and their families, throughout the UK.
News and articles surrounding internet safety. The NCA's CEOP Command (formerly the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre) works with child protection partners across the UK and overseas to identify the main threats to children and coordinates activity against these threats to bring offenders to account. We protect children from harm online and offline, directly through NCA led operations and in partnership with local and international agencies.
Childnet is a non-profit organisation working with others to help make the internet a great and safe place for children.

Dorset County Council
A wealth of information about services in Dorset. This links will take you to the section of the website about Dorset's Family Infomration Service which provides information to parents, prospective parents, young people and professional who work with families. The service supports families from pre-birth until your child's 20th birthday (or 25th birthday if you have a child who is disabled).
Emanuel Middle School
Emanuel Middle School is situated in Verwood and their mission statement is, 'At Emmanuel we seek to create a warm and friendly atmosphere where children receive a high quality education within the Christian ethos of caring for one another and where everyone feels secure and valued'.
Family Lives works around the clock, transforming the lives of families, supporting parents and making happier relationships, happier families and a stronger society. Our experience enables us to help families with any problem or challenge that they face. Our trained family support workers, both paid and volunteer, offer all family members immediate and on-going help on the phone, online or in local communities.
Local Children's Centres
This site offers support and activities for Dorset families and carers with children under five.

Orchard Day Nursery is a private nursery, run independently on the same site as the school. It offers nursery and preschool sessions.
Safe Schools and Communities Team
The 'Stop Think Dorest' site is managed by the Safe Schools and Communities Team (SSCT). This is a useful website for parents, which includes regular newsletters about keeping children e-safe.
St Michael's Church
St Michael's is our local Church that the school has strong links with. The Church website provides information about the Church with details of the Church services, including details of their family services called ‘Networks’.
