Committees

The governing body is split into four committees Finance, Premises/Health & Safety, Curriculum and Staffing but the full governing body is still responsible for all decisions made. There are also the following sub-committees: Performance Management, Staff Dismissal, Staff Dismissal Appeals and Pupil Discipline. These sub-committees are held as and when the need arises and report to their findings to the full governing body

Minutes of Meetings

The governing body will make sure that copies of agenda, signed minutes and any report, document or other paper considered at a meeting ( not including confidential items or items relating to a named pupil or member of staff) are quickly made available at the school for anyone to read.
